Since taking ownership, Amanda has focused on growing that foundation, bringing a fresh perspective while staying true to the heart of what makes our studio a local favourite. As a mother of three young, active boys, Amanda understands the importance of structure and the necessity of a reset, bringing that high-energy, "make things happen" attitude to the studio every single day.
Amanda’s approach is defined by a deep commitment to the people behind the appointments. She thrives on building strong professional relationships and is constantly striving to make each visit even better than the last. She understands that your time at The Bronze Bar is often a rare moment of peace, which is why she pours her heart into ensuring the atmosphere is as supportive as it is polished. While she is fully certified and committed to the highest industry safety standards, Ember’s true brilliance lies in her incredible attention to detail. She understands the inner workings of our studio systems better than anyone, navigating every "puzzle" with a level of precision that ensures everything runs flawlessly behind the scenes. Whether she is perfecting our workflow or folding intricate origami, her patience is extraordinary, an artistic focus that carries over into her beautiful drawings.
You will usually catch Ember anchoring the evening shift, though she’ll occasionally make a daytime appearance to take over the studio and surprise our regulars. As a natural introvert, Ember’s approach is defined by a quiet, focused dedication. While she isn't one for small talk, our clients absolutely love her; she puts her whole heart into every interaction, going above and beyond to ensure each appointment is absolutely pristine. If you ever want to truly wow her, she’s a fan of the simple things: a Kiwi Strawberry Vitamin Water or a Medium Double-Double from Timmies are the quickest ways to her heart.

When she isn’t focusing on the salon, Michelle is all about family and the simple joys of life. She is a creative at heart who loves crafting and heading off on camping trips to recharge. If she’s relaxing at home, she’s likely catching up on her favorite crime shows, but her greatest joy is every moment spent hanging out with her grandsons. Michelle is proud to stand beside her daughters, continuing to nurture a business where confidence, community, and hospitality meet.
